In these unprecedented times, we want to let you know we're here for our customers all across central Illinois. Whether you choose to schedule a private consultation in our salon, or pick up your merchandise curbside, it is our top priority to provide a safe environment. Please know that we continue to take extra steps and precautions to keep our salon clean, and our staff and customers safe. Our policy may be of a higher standard than local, state, or federal regulations due to the nature of our business and the health concerns of our customers, we thank all of our loyal customers for their understanding.
Walk-In Business: We currently cannot accommodate walk-in customers without an appointment. If customers arrive at the salon without an appointment we ask that they notify us by calling (309) 682-8423 to inquire if there are any immediate openings or schedule a private consultation at a later time.
Private Consultations: We ask that customers requiring an in person consultation make an appointment by calling (309) 682-8423 or using our online private consultation booking service. Customers are limited to one guest per appointment and everyone is asked to wear a mask during their visit. In order to ensure that we prioritize our time to customers most in need of our professional services we require a $50 consultation fee per visit, refundable toward the purchase of a wig with a free $50 Gift Certificate for each consultation.
Merchandise Pickup and Styling Drop-Off: Consultation fees are NOT required for merchandise pickup or drop off, but we do request that you call ahead at (309) 682-8423 to ensure that we will be able to serve you in a timely manner. If you are unable, or do not wish to, come into the salon we happily offer curbside pickup and drop-offs with advanced notice.
